Biggy

I'd like to introduce Biggy in Tsujido. Biggy mainly sells bread made from domestic wheat and original baguettes. In this shop, instead of taking bread by yourself, we pick and order bread from the showcase. There are terrace seats so you can eat the bought bread.  
 



I bought pumpkin pie, German basil cheese bread and tomato curry bread. The pumpkin pie had a moist texture from butter kneaded into the dough. The pumpkin paste had a smooth texture and was delicious, with a sweetness that was just right. The price was 247 yen. 

The German basil cheese bread has basil sauce and cheese on top of bread. The flavor of the basil sauce is good and it's compatibility with cheese is good. This bread is recommended after toasting. The cheese melts and it is delicious. The price was 237 yen.

The tomato curry bread contains not only tomato curry, but also tomato is kneaded into the dough. The Sweetness of tomato and spicy curry are very delicious. Unlike ordinary curry bread, this bread is baked without frying, so you can enjoy a more soft texture. The price was 270 yen.
